- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I was referred to Dr. Patel's office by a family friend. His staff is always super friendly not sure where these reviews come from/a competitor maybe??? Me and my two children go there and we have never had an issue. The wait is not very long, which is hard to believe for any dentist/doctor office. They are very accommodating always try to work around your schedule. I was there yesterday and noticed a patient who had an issue. After her appt she found out the outside lab said wouldn't have her crown available until Tuesday. She asked if he could do something temporary, the doctor told her if she could wait a little while he would assist her. Very few dentist go to that level of customer satisfaction to stay late, most would have given her an appt for the next day instead he stayed late and helped her.April 11, 2017by swf Gotherown
