- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Soo they've implemented a system where you check in and pay your copay through a kiosk on the wall. If you try to check in with the receptionist, you are reverted to the kiosk. Twice now, I have used the kiosk, processed my copay and been left sitting for 20 minutes only to find out that my daughter wasn't actually checked in... No user error since my copay was processed, more a system issue. Very frustrating. When I confronted the receptionist Niki, she brushed me off and walked away. Said someone would be out to speak with me, the office manager which never happened. Take your child somewhere else. This office while it has an abundance of providers, is lackluster with its customer service.
