  I had been with this practice with my first pregnancy which was uneventful. Didn't have much to complain about. My second pregnancy was completely different. It ended in loss. I went for surgery. I was emotionally upset which was appropriate. Dr. Kristhardt had the nerve to ask my husband while I was crying why I was I upset. I awoke from the surgery and was sent home without a prescription for any medication nor was I given a work excuse. I woke up the day afterwards having body aches and muscle stiffness. I called the doctor's office to report my concerns neck stiffness, back aches, and the sensation that my abdominal muscles were pulling apart. I sat in the doctors office for 2 hours to be seen and my concerns were dismissed. At one point Dr. Cutting asked that I get undressed. I requested that she call to my husband back to help me since I was in so much pain. She walked out of the exam room and loudly tells the nurse "the patient refuses to get undressed without her husband". Yet again I left the office without a prescription and a work excuse. I called the office manager to complain and beg that I receive a work note and prescription for 800mg ibuprofen. Two hours later she returned my call with news that the prescription was written. I had to personally call the hospital and ask which medications were used during the surgery to find that one of the medication they used to put me on the ventilator is well known for causing post surgical muscle aches and stiffness. Only at this point were my concerns even taken into account. I have never been treated this badly in my life.

  My visit with Dr. BERHANU was great. She was very kind, immediately put me at ease for what is usually one of my least favorite appointments. Asked questions in a friendly manner and got me in and out in no time. Very highly recommend her.
