  The Doctor is terrific...but GAWD the office staff...good luck if you ever have to CALL THE OFFICE. They give you several prompts to select and no matter which one you punch, NO ONE WILL EVER ANSWER THE PHONE!!! All you get is voice mail. THESE PEOPLE ARE NEVER "AT THEIR DESK"...they are ALWAYS away.....not only frustrating, but infuriating. I'm taking my business elsewhere. What a way to run a Doctor's Office. NO COMMUNICATION.

  Doctor Mortazavi is one of the best doctors I have ever had the privilege to know he has the best bed side manner ,would never consider changing, except I have had more then one bad experiences with his front office , the last time I was there- was the the last time .this young lady should never have to deal with the public . I have talked with is office mang. about her the last visit when we broke out into a really bad argument , I feel bad about it now but would still do the same thing again ... like I said this was not the first time , and I told myself if she ever did that to me again I would not just go back to my chair and sit down like a child , all i did was ask her if maybe my file had been misplaced after having my breathing test ..... and it had been ....after almost two hours there i still didn't see the doctor .....but that was because I didn't stay ......and like I said the office mang. was informed .....i have yet to talk to the doctor ........ I wish him well ......
