  I would not recommend this practice and highly advise anyone who is helping take care of an elderly parent or grandparent to look else where. This past week my Grandma has had terrible back pain that has gotten incrementally worse, and the medicine that they prescribed is not working. She is barely able to walk or sit for extended period of times. We tried calling multiple times today to speak with the doctor to see if she is able to increase her dosage of the prescribed medication or if he could prescribe something else. The first time we tried calling this morning, they said they would call right back. By late afternoon, no one had called back, so we tried to call again. She spoke with a nurse that told her to "be patient." Mind you, my Grandma is 80+ years old and has the voice of a mouse. They said they would call back after the doctor was finished with a patient. And now here it is 6:00, the office is closed and my Grandma is left dealing with an incredible amount of pain. Obviously, we will be taking her to urgent care since this office was unable to provide a quality level of care or professionalism to their patients that is expected of a doctor's office.
