  I have to say the billing errors that are posted here in Google are true. Due to billing error several years ago, I have been extra cautious and proactive for tests requiring pre-certification. Bottom line, Insight gave me patient responsibility that was quoted over $250 in error. Once I called and advised them the insurance company gave a lot lower amount (which I am blessed), they did correct. The day of the MRI went well and the staff was very good. Since medical bills are the number one cause of people financial debt, do your homework first if you choose Insight.

  Fantastic staff! From the ease of scheduling and the availability of appointments; checking in/registering; and performing my scan; the staff here is so professional and one of the friendliest groups of people I have encountered in a long time. Especially the person who checked me in. She is GREAT at what she does. Sadly, I don't recall her name, but please thank her for her professionalism and kindness this morning.

  I would give zero but that's not an option. We are paying out of pocket. Called several places for prices. Was quoted $700 for an MRI at Insight Imaging. When arrived they charged $1,400 because they only require half up front. Who gets away with that??? You
