- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I did like the fact that they accept my childrens insurance but they never give out courtesy calls for future appointments. I had this issue with 3 scheduled appointments in a row. I think not receiving a reminder is very unprofessional. With the average person with a busy daily schedule, I truly believe courtesy calls are expected by doctor offices. So maybe they should hire a new receptionist. I will add that the doctors are excellent and friendly.September 27, 2017by Shamese Pretlow
